Shipments are sent out Every Tuesday and Friday
Most of our Turbans are already premade, so if available I may ship even sooner, but typically the shipping time frame is worst case scenario.
All orders are shipped by USPS
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I do offer international shipping which is a higher cost. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. Please note that international packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered depending on your country's customs.
RETURNS
I do my best to make sure all our customers are happy with their orders. If there is an issue with your order where we send you the wrong product and/or color we will be happy to send out a replacement or a refund depending on availability. We do not issue refunds for unwanted items as this poses sanitary issues because they are worn on your baby's heads.If any problem with the order feel free to contact me I always go over and beyond for my customers.
